Great quality chair from a name brand. Nice fabric and very easy installation. I've built a few chairs and this is the first one that kept the screws already installed in their places. You just take them out before installing so you use the same ones. This is a fairly large chair so it will easily fit all sizes. I thought the seat cushion was firm but not too much. I'm not a huge fan of the lumbar support, but I have back problems in that area. I'm sure it's ergonomically sound for normal people. Solid chair for sure and looks like a gamer's dream.

The Iskur V2 X is the entry level model in Razer's line up and is overall a good chair. While I like it, I can't rate it five stars for a few reasons mentioned below. I feel the chair is best when used upright position, with no advantage in its ability to lean way back. The seatback cushion is pretty firm, which is fine. The seat bottom cushion is very firm as well but with a dense foam having slight give. Overall, a very solid, non-cushy feel, which may be fine for some users.GOOD:- Great looking! (I got grey)- Tall headrest is higher than me (I'm 6'2")- Adjustable armrests are excellent!- Comfortable when seated in the normal position.- Lumbar bump is comfortable when seated upright.NOT SO GOOD:- Chair spring is somewhat useless as its only used when leaning the entire seat forward.There is no way to lean back against spring tension, as the seatback is always fixed.- When the seatback is manually tilted backwards, lumbar bump is uncomfortably positioned.- Mechanism under the seat is pretty basic, however it's mounted to a very sturdy seat-bottom frame.

I have zero idea why this chair gets a 4.6 rating. It’s is one of the most uncomfortable chairs I’ve ever sat on/in. The fabric is more like burlap, stuff and scratchy, than anything else. The chair’s padding, if one can call it that, is thin and hard. The lumbar support is more like a lumbar rock. It drives into the spine more than supporting it. It’s really sad. There a numerous razer products that I really like. Their chairs are NOT one of those products.

Every part of ordering, receiving, assembling, and using this Razer Iskur V2 X Ergonomic Gaming Chair was a 5-star experience.1. I ordered the chair after reading all the great descriptions and instructions on the Razer website.2. The chair arrived very quickly by UPS. It came exactly when it was scheduled to arrive.3. The UPS driver texted me that he was 10 minutes away from my house and asked me to contain any petsand let him know if there were special instructions. I told him to pull into the driveway and approach the front door.4. The driver was a lovely man. He rang the doorbell and offered to put the enormous box, which weighs more than 50 pounds, inside the door for me so it would be out of the elements. I was very impressed with that extra service.5. The box was very heavy and huge. The outer box was pristine without a scratch or ding anywhere.6. The chair was very well-packaged. Inside the top of the box was a large orange cardboard instruction sheet with detailed step-by-step instructions. If you find those instructions challenging to follow, the website has great information. I was impressed.7. I'm not great at assembling anything, even a PB&J sandwich. I asked my husband to help. He was impressed with how well the chair was protectively packaged and how easy the instructions were on the sheet inside the box. The chair pieces and components were carefully marked and segregated. It came with a little tool to make the assembly efficient and easy.8. It took my husband about 20 minutes to assemble my chair and adjust it to my comfort level.9. The chair is gorgeous. I thought I wouldn't like it in gray, but it's a rich, elegant silver/gray. It has a soft, high-quality material. The Razor logo is tastefully added to the chair and it's classy looking. I decided Ilike the gray better than black.10. The chair is super comfortable, especially on my tailbone. I have used other office and gaming chairs, and I struggle to sit in them for long periods. This is a really nice sleek and comfortable gaming chair. I really like the stylishing and design of the chair. The cushioning is soft yet has firm support. You don't feel like its sinking in. The backrest has a curved shaped for optimal comfort and lumbar support. As someon who has lower back issues. I didn't feel tension or tighness sitting a few hours on this chair playing games. The fabric material feels soft and smooth. It doesn't have the sticky feel like leather and faux leather does. The arms rests are adjustable height to suit. Smooth rolling wheels and sturdy base.
