The listing clearly states that this swivels. I tried every different type of combination with this when putting this on the end of the hose and it only swivels when it's not tightened. So therefore if it's not tightened, the water will completely leak out

Got the job done but be careful when screwing or unscrewing....the thread is sharp and I cut myself.

Used to temporarily bypass the aeration system in my well system. Design does not allow both swivels to operate when one is tightened but easy to work around. Kept the water flowing using a hose untill system was repaired.
