No instructions included, but none needed. Remove and save the one small Phillips screw. Pry the old part out with a flat-bladed screwdriver, or something similar. Press the new part into place -- duck soup, it snaps in perfectly and smoothly. Replace the Phillips screw. Don't worry if its not perfectly perpendicular, it's only there to spread the retaining clip. You're golden. It's a bargain!

Seems sturdy but the rings are smaller than expected. I did not get 100 each. The clasps were 89 and the rings were 91. Some of the clasps appear to be stuck on trying to open them but it eventually opens up. I am using them to make paracord keychains.I think they just grap a hand full up and throw them into a bag without counting them so you get less than expected.
