Work great, are very easy to install and STAY IN PLACE.These worked much easier than the hard black model in placement on newer tension rods, and work equally as well.I only use them on where the tension rods are near rimshots, so one pack will do a couple snares. These also work as well as a teflon coated rod, or Tightscrews.In recording use, the snare stayed at the tension and sound I set it up to be for multi hour sessions.
