The ingredient bins feature seamless construction with smooth corners and smooth walls for easy cleaning. 3-inch extra wide casters allow the ingredient containers to be freely moved to multiple prep stations.

Choose the containers that best suit your food storage needs. The 20.5-gallon bin holds 400 cups (or 125 lbs. of flour); the 26-gallon bin holds 500 cups (or 150 lbs. of flour); the 31-gallon bin holds 600 cups (or 175 lbs. of flour).

Se usa en panadería y la capacidad en harina es aproximadamente de 80 kg, pero llevándola al límite de volúmen le caben 88 kg, dos bultos estándar. muy buen producto y el precio en descuento vale la pena pensar en tener los otros tamaños para diversos ingredientes

Glad I caught a Black Friday sale! Love how sturdy it is and I have two bags of feed and there’s room for one more bag of horse feed. It rolls like a dream and I love the sliding door to access the inside of the bin. The scoop is great because it’s perfect for one pound of feed. And I like how it hands in the bin.

Esta ha sido de mis mejores inversiones para mi equipo de cocina, sin duda su precio es elevado pero la relación coste beneficio es excelente, de nueva cuenta, se trata de una inversión en herramientas de trabajo de calidad, es practico, limpio, con buen diseño, de materiales sólidos y resistentes, ideal para almacenar cualquier tipo de insumos secos, como harinas o en mi caso materias primas como chile molido y condimentos, practico por su altura y las ruedas son de lo mejor ya que te permite acomodar y desplazar facílmente el modulo donde lo requieras, ademas los 3 modelos que se ofertan en diferentes capacidades comparten la misma forma y altura (Solamente varían en el ancho) lo que hace que se puedan alinear sin mayor complicación. Lo recomiendo ampliamente para quienes estén pensando en invertir en herramientas de trabajo de larga vida, sin duda con el tiempo terminan de pagar con creces su precio.
