At age 88, I needed to be able to move my heavy woodworking tools outside for use then back inside without having to lift them.

I love these wheels! They saved a crucial part of a garage renovation for me!I have a large, upright, dual-stage, compressor. It's very heavy. I got it many years ago. It came on a pallet and I left it on that pallet because the other choice was to bolt it to the concrete floor, which I didn't want to do.When I first got it I was able to move into a corner of my garage by rocking it back and forth. When I moved into my current house 5 years ago I was able to shove it under a staircase, which is a perfect place for it. When the renovations started the construction guys moved it out of the way.Now that the construction is wrapping up I tried to put it back under the staircase. But I'm much older now and all I succeeded in doing was getting it trapped up against a wall. I tried just about everything but there was no way I was getting it into this tight space. Then I came across these wheels and thought "Maybe?"I ordered them. Inexplicably, the box included the four wheels, along with bolts and nuts, and two tea candles. There are no instructions so I have no idea what the purpose of the tea candles is or what I'm supposed to do with them. But I pressed on.I found four lag bolts that where the right diameter and length. I lifted the pallet onto 4 pieces of 1" square metal tubing. Then I placed each wheel against an end of the 4x4 making up the base of the pallet. The wheel was just touching the ground. I drilled starter holes through the wheel, took the wheel off, finished drill the hole and then used an impact driver to mount each wheel with the lag bolt and a washer. Two minutes after the wheels were mounted the compressor was in it's proper home. As an added bonus, if I ever need to take it out it'll be easy! The wheels not only seem sturdy but they definitely support a lot of weight. I don't know how much my compressor weighs, other than to say it's very heavy. The wheels hold the weight well and roll smoothly!I love these wheels!
