Great product to help with stretching calves. I used one at PT and immediately ordered one for myself. So easy to use there’s no excuse not to use it.

The quality of this part is evident in its materials and packaging. It is all metal, except for silicone gaskets. It installed easily - the hardest part was removing the old parts. This drain does not use plumber's putty in installation, but includes upper and lower silicone gaskets. I bought the version appropriate to my sink, which has an overflow. The brass nut that fastens it in place is nice and deep, so it's easy to tighten with hand and with wrench. Do not over-tighten this nut! You are probably tightening it down on a porcelain sink, which can be brittle. The pop-up drain plug is large - much larger than that which it replaced. Make sure you'll like it. The length of the drain pipe was a perfect replacement, and the old p-trap fit it perfectly. No leaks on the first try. I hope this holds up for years and years.

Feels sturdy and does what it advertises. Slight build quality mishap, like a block of wood was missing a sliver of a corner. I'd recommend using this while wearing some sort of footwear.

I purchase this item in hopes of eliminating plantar fasciitis. This item is very sturdy and offers various levels of incline. I use/used it once or twice a day. No problems with plantar fasciitis

I loved the reviews on the wastes I purchased but when we came to install it, the bottom part is not suited to Australian Standards. What a shame.

I have terrible ankles and tightness behind my knees, and no other stretching position has helped me half as much as this has, comes with two extra sandpaper with self adhesive back.You get what you pay for. I have tried other slant boards, at a lower cost. While well made, they have generally been too narrow, and made them difficult to use, even just for stretching. This board, however, is high quality, well made, and capable of handling whatever exercises you wish to do with it.The slant boards measuring 16" X 12.5", is adjustable to 5 Positions: 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°, and 35°. I really like the size and that this one is adjustable. Overall, the wood and design are good quality.
