This suited my needs well as a bag large enough to carry daily office commute items including an iPad or small laptop. The front section is a bit out of control with too many pockets that are too small to do much other than be dedicated compartments for very small or flat items since they all compete for the same pocket depth along with other flaps and zippers. I would have liked an accessible exterior pocket for quick access to a phone. And lastly the forementioned electronic pockets are not lined at all and are really floppy pouches.All that said, I don't mean to sound negative. I tried many bags and this one stood well above the rest as functional and as a hard to find middle size (not too small, but also not a full backpack size). I ended up happiest with the "XL" size though as the smaller one was just a bit too small to hold standard size documents or folders. I have been using it several months and am happy with my final choice.

This is a nice messenger bag especially for a bigger man. It fits me very comfortable. It is a bigger size, so looks good on me. The multiple pockets come in handy and the front Velcro pocket makes it easy to access my pens. The pocket is a bit small though and the cell phone does not fit in. There would’ve been great if it was just a little bit bigger, but it is a great bag. I did have a little bit of an issue with one of the zippers, but customer service took care of that very quickly.

As a woman I wasn't liking the woman style bags, I wanted something more timeless and no so fru fru. I really like this bag, it gives military or a metal music vibes! The size is perfect and has many pockets which I was looking for. The leather part looks expensive and the canvas part looks really nice.The only thing I'm not used to a cross bag, I am used to carrying book bags. So using it as a cross bag it does put pressure on my shoulder, so I just use it as a bookbag on one side and lucky for me it holds up nicely, it doesn't feel that heavy. And in heavily public places I place my belongings to the front for extra protection. It looks great and functions excellent, I am very happy with it!
