Dryer only worked a few times then it would work for about 1 minute, shut off, come back on for a few seconds & then shut off. Now only the power comes on. It's past the 30 day return policy & I need someone from the manufacturer to get in touch with me.

I was very excited to find this quality product at such a good price. It came recommended by a friend of mine. However, all the advertising says it is "infinitely variable" speed control, and it’s not true. Yes the dial spins round, but it goes from no airflow at the minimum setting to the next stage which is pretty high flow and noisy, and then it goes all the way up to turbo force. I have small dogs with fine coats and I’m very disappointed that these has fixed speeds not infinitely variable as the advertising states. To me, infinitely variable implies that each little tiny turn correlates to a slight increase in airflow. It does not work like this though. it You turn it halfway around and it finally goes up to level two, and level two is way too powerful and noisy for my small dogs. After that, it would blow them off the table.I'm so disappointed.

Wonderful dryer but did know my partner had already bought on for us and was delivered the same day I ordered mine. He is a professional dog handler and this dryer is great for all size dogs and love how compact it is works better than any of the larger dryers he has used before.Have two already (white and yellow) so had to return the third one I ordered. So have one for grooming at home and one for travel.Really is the best dryer have ever had.

I mainly wanted to use it with the hose that holds up by itself, but that one came cracked so I have to use one hand for the other dryer hose, the other for my dog. It’s extremely loud, but it does dry her very fast and doesn’t get too hot. Would like to get another hose attachment that does the fixed angles that isn’t cracked, but it didn’t come with a lot of paperwork and I am unsure of how to request one from the manufacturer. I work extremely long shifts and also don’t want the hassle of trying to return the cracked one.

The power adjustment knob goes from "zero to 60", no in between. So I'll want less power but it won't give less. It just gives none or alot, or then ALOT! I like the heat feature. I love that it stay in place and if it tips over (which it doesn't) then it shuts off.The hose blew off each time I turned it on so I zip tied it and that solved that!But it's just a little too strong. I have an 8 mth old mini red poodle, so I use it often and it DOES blow her hair out straight with brushing. But she isn't a big fan.
