Dip bar is small enough to move it around and is very easy to assemble. Adjustable in many different ways like wide or small. I brought this to work and a lot of my coworkers use this. I’m a smaller guy and my coworker is pretty big guy and we both can use this no problem. It’s great and I highly recommend it for home gyms or even if you’re able to bring it to work (my job field allows space and time for stuff like this. Really helps with review process as many people are able to test these items out). I’m very surprised and happy with this as are my coworkers. Thumbs up from us.

I am impressed with the stability and quality of this dipping bar. The adjustable metal tube enables users to customize the width for push-ups and dips. While it may be slightly more expensive than other options, the product's superior construction makes it well worth the cost.

This product was easy to set up and feels like good quality. It’s nice and stable, even for me at almost 200lbs, and it feels more than safe to use. My toddler enjoys doing dips with a little help, which is a fun bonus. While it’s a bit pricier compared to similar options, the adjustability is smooth and simple to use. The foam is acceptable, thick and comfortable. Overall, it’s a solid addition to my home gym setup and has been a great for both me and my family.

For the $120 or so they were asking (actually for most any price), this is a really great machine. Very heavy duty, I'm sure it will still be in use years from now. I'm fairly short, so the adjustable height was a blessing, but regardless of your size, this rack will do the job.Takes a few minutes (less than an hour) to set up. Make sure you set it up where you want it to live. Once put together it's very heavy and hard to move (ask me how I know). There' are several other exercises you can do, even though it's intended as a dip bar. I've been doing pull-ups from my knees (but I did mention I was short), and a type of row style pull-up, as well as dips and pushups. Can't imagine you'll be disappointed in this product.

Versatile, solid & stable independent Push-ups & Dips station! Very solid! I weigh in at 205 lbs and despite my arms shaking, this piece didn't swing, sway or move an inch during exercise ( I really need to start doing more dips, they are AWESOME exercise! )Base frame adjusts from 22" to 30" wide. And the handle bar height adjusts from 40" to 52" tall. I placed this into the tightest and lowest position (22" wide & 40" tall). You can see that I had no issues doing push-ups or dips. I'm 5'10" tall and athletically built. Plenty of room for me to workout. The dip station is STABLE!! Doesn't shake on dips at all (despite my wobbly arms). Also worked great to hold a dip straight up and do leg lift abs. As well as inverted rows (lay down and hang from the dip bar handles, then pull "row" up - great workout!)Excellent accessory station to our home gym! This is gonna be a nice addition to the workouts. Enjoy!
