I'm not tech savvy so I was actually kinda scared to send it out on my hardwood floor for the first time. Plus, I have expensive trim in my house so I didn't want it to damage it. But after setting it up and creating my rooms and no go zones, i absolutely love it. No complaints, been operating for 1 1/2 months. My app on my iPhone 14 does lock up occasionally, and I have to restart my phone, but I think it is an iPhone issue because my husband has a google pixel and his app never locks up. I would definitely recommend.

I love the robot vacuum. It is taller than my old Eufy so it doesn’t get stuck under our furniture. I love that this one has mapping and self emptying. This mighty little bot does a great job cleaning our floors. She (yes she) has no issues vacuuming. I gave 5 stars because she is the best robot vacuum I have ever had. Now the cons…the app is convenient and works fairly well, with two exceptions. 1st I have owned her for about a month and she has lost connectivity to our Wi-Fi twice. Both times we had to remove the device and re-enter everything. 2nd issue, I believe a spam hacker has accessed the app. On three separate occasions a sign-in pop up screen shows up on the app. Logging in using our information never works and I believe that this spam is trying to collect passwords. I had to reset our password twice just to make sure. When this spam pops up there is no accessing the app and I cannot use my robot. This is very frustrating. Once the spam message disappeared on its own and the other two times. I had to either re-setup our robot or delete the app and then redownload the app again. Also, important to note, it appears that when it says “already have an account? Log in” at the bottom of the screen, that you are on the right sign-in screen. If the bottom says “don’t have an account? sign up” that screen log-in will not work. Please Shark find a way to stop this frustrating issue. The vacuum work’s amazing. I used to have a Shark ION. It didn'twork well at all, especially the app.This one is much better and fairly priced. The app is improved, although still lacking.The app throws an error when trying to register the product. It only allows scheduling cleaning of all rooms. My students loved these and they made our army scene come to life! The hats hold up pretty well. They fly away in the wind easily and are made out of thin plastic, but they got the job done!

I was very happy with my helmet purchase. I used this for my Young Fives Kindergarten students as we celebrated the end of our "ABC Bootcamp." I was a little worried about their durability throughout the day as my kiddos are young and they seemed flimsy, but they held up well! I wish they came with an elastic to keep them on, as my kiddos are tiny, but overall, my kiddos absolutely loved them and it made the day that much more perfect. Definitely worth the money!

This product is worth more than what they charged. These are not those cheap throw away costume hats I was able to let the kids play with them and they keep stepping on them but these hats keep popping back to their original shape. Kids tried their best to destroy them but I still have them all for next party or Halloween. I wore one my self and rolled around with the kids and it held on my head just like the kids. Thanks for taking the time to make a good product.
