My cat is a long dude and weighs 8.5 lbs - he fit well in the carrier. Seemed comfortable. He did have a brief freak out (there was a dog), but did not seem to be able to chew through or scratch the fabric. When we aren't traveling, he likes to sit in it, which is such a good sign.I enjoyed having multiple options with the smaller handles and the longer side strap. It also fits incredibly well on the top of my rolling suitcase - which made navigating through the airport a breeze. It was a bit bouncier when I was physically carrying it than his other carrier, but when secured to the top of the luggage, it was great. The fabric made it easier to fit under the seat in front of me, but also kept enough space so he didn't get squished.He also gets very motion sick, so ventilation was really important to us - he got a lot of airflow. This carrier was perfect - lots of ventilation, but he could still stay not super visible (which he prefers). One side does not have the mesh but a pocket instead. This worked great to hold his vaccination papers, and when there was a little bit too much stimulation, I could turn him away so he could only see me.I was very happy with this product and would highly recommend to anyone traveling via airplane.

However.... it should work well. I needed to replace a random brand carrier I had that was about to break. I searched on amazon for months trying to find the best that didnt break the bank. Originally I ordered a backpack version but it was too bulky for my petite frame. I also ordered the comfort strap (which should be included as the regular strap on all these carriers in my opinion) I almost always try to purchase returned (like new) items and found this bag for 20$ in perfect condition. Not sure its worth 119$ yikes! So look in the used return section first! Youre welcome.

Yo lo compre para viajar con mi gato pero este tipo de transportadoras no sirve para ellos. Tuve que comprar una transportadora de plástico rígido de acuerdo a las políticas de Volaris. Evítense gastar casi 2000$ en el aeropuerto. Si sirve para perros pequeños, NO SIRVE PARA GATOS.

Me pareció un artículo con muy buena calidad. Resistente y sobre todo, pasó la prueba al no tener problemas para viajar en cabina en un viaje nacional en México.La perrita de mi mamá es una chihuaha de no mas de 5 kilos. Estuvo cómoda y para nosotros también fue sencillo transladarla en ella. Recomendable.

Materiales de primera calidad a un precio razonable, compré dos transportadoras para que mis gatos viajen en el avión, las medidas son las correctas, las transportadoras de muy buen peso y resistencia, perfectas para el viaje!

Este bolso de viaje se adapta perfectamente al espacio requerido para llevarla en cabina con tu mascota.

This worked really well to get my pup home on a plane. It came with a liner but bought a 2nd liner as well in case there was an accident. The puppy felt very safe in it and traveled well. She was able to be transferred in it for another month or so before she grew out of it. She loved sleeping in it and always felt secure in it.
