My son is 12 getting ready for braces. I’ve purchased multiple mouth guards that just don’t fit right due to his imperfect smile. This by far has been the best. My son no longer fidgets with it. He plays LAX but it would likely work well for football/hockey etc.

This is the brand of mouth guard that my son prefers to use for his high school football team. Easy to breathe through, stays in, and protects his teeth. I still have sticker shock from the price of these things, but it is what it is, gotta keep those pearly whites together. When given the choice, this is the brand my son prefers, and he has a few different brands to choose from, always comes back to the Shock Doctor. He also loves the design on this one (some of them are a little wily!).

Shock doctor air flow lip guard is the absolute best and high quality on the market in my opinion. Comfortable with and without braces on and able to breathe through while wearing it. Comes with a strap to attach to helmet if you want to use it. The strap is nicely designed to stay attached as well. Highly recommend!

I got this mouthpiece for my 9 year old son who plays football and lacrosse and uses these year round. It’s the best one we’ve ever tried. My son loves these.We used to buy the traditional ones that fully go in your mouth and it was always such a drag. My son always complained about having to use them and we’d loose them all the time because they’re so small. Now that we’ve tried these, we’re never going back.This mouthpiece is very comfortable. The part that goes in your mouth is a standard size and is very comfortable to wear. He never complains about them. The piece that goes outside the mouth is great because it’s big and chunky. A, it makes it comfortable and B, it makes it a lot easier to keep track of and hold onto because it’s more visible.The quality is superb. It’s big and strong and very durable. My son usually bites these things a lot and the ones we used to buy would have to be replaced all the time because they were all chewed up. This one doesn’t have any damage at all and still retains its shape. Plus, it’s a lot easier to hold onto this one because it’s so much bigger and more visible. So it lasts much longer. It is priced slightly higher than most but it’s absolutely worth it for this product. You save more in the long run.
