This lens does an amazing job, if your in the market for a wide angle lens don’t hesitate to buy this piece of kit. It is worth every penny that you spend on this, such a great lens. I was taking some photos at a paintball tournament, when I switched to this lens to get some wide angle shots. This delivered some of the best shots I took, Sigma did an amazing job with this lens. Now I need to pick up the last lens from Sigma, their 56mm f/1.4 prime.

This lens is great for vlog, street photography and studio videos if you don't need portrait. Only for portrait photography or video, this lens is a big NO.The lens amazon first delivered to me has some curvature issue and was giving me fish eye distortion. So I asked to replace it. The second one I received was truly amazing lens. Wide angle, very good quality of image or video, decent autofocus, background suppression when subject is very close, nice color science of sigma.But unfortunately I choose to return it. Three reasons for that.1. It is too wide for my studio.2. I make talkhead videos & for that I need good portrait lens. This one not good for that.3. For my vlogging videos, this one is too heavy for me. I have used it with canon m50. I can hold that only for 2/3 minutes. After that my arms started paining very badly.The quality of image and video I was getting, were outstanding. Feeling really sorry that I have to let this lens go. Thank you amazon for such smooth service.**One more thing, if you someone make films, short film, adds etc. and need good cinematic look with wide angle, this lens is perfect choice.

Es un buen lente, pero no recomiendo que lo compres en conjunto con la m50 mark iiMejor compra una Nikon z50 que saldria mas barata si lo que quieres es mejorar la imagen de foto o video

El único problema que tengo, es que al usar el flash integrado en la M50. En la foto sale una sombra que se produce por lo largo que es el objetivo.

With This lens I get the feeling that the M50 can see in the dark. The low light performance is really good. I’m using it for video and it this lens really fits the bill. Very happy. Buying through Amazon US the price was significantly less than anything I could get locally. So good value.Lens feels very professional, weighty and solid.Note the filter thread size is 67mm so you can’t use the same filters as the kit lens and Canon lenses, so I purchased a 67mm ND filter and reducer ring.Great for general landscape etc. possibly a bit heavy for close up vlogging, try the 22mm instead. But if you need a wide, this is it.

Excelente calidad general, no se podía esperar menos de un lente Sigma, es grande y relativamente pesado, pero la calidad óptica es muy buena, excelente autoenfoque, al frente utiliza filtros de 67mm, medida bastante común que facilita encontrar filtros. Lo ocupo con una Canon M50 principalmente para vídeo, el conjunto es muy fácil de equilibrar en un gimball. Muy recomendable.
