Managed to pick up a set of squat arms for the garden but didn't have any J-Cups, these do the job brilliantly, rock solid.

This product is the feet in front of the rack comparative to the rack described in the description which clearly noted its 3x3 dimensions. I am returning this item as soon as possible.

First, not sure why all the attachments share the same review as the power rack itself.Second, the power rack is good for the price with some quality and packaging issues, but customer service took care of it.Third, I've ordered two attachments for this power cage, the dip station and the plate holder. Both had quality issues with the welds and powder coating. Had to get two replacements for the dip station and just gave up and accepted the third one as "good enough". I can see through the weld on the plate holder near the peg. With the amount of weight it could hold, it's definitely not something you want imperfect.Fix the quality issues and this could be a great brand alternative to some of the others out there.

Pros:PriceFinishWeightCons:No locking pin for pinsBought this for my (3x3) folding rack. It's light and easy to take on/off and feels fine doing dips. There is a thin layer of felt-like material glued inside to protect your rack, but the fit is just a little loose for me, so I glued some rubber inside to make the fit a touch better. The pins are high quality, but there is no retention device (detent or pin) for them, so I just used the rings to attach them to the dip bar. I don't have concerns about the pins working their way loose while doing dips (especially after the rubber mod), but one could easily be bumped or knocked out when the dip bar isn't loaded.TLDR: Buy this if you're looking for a dip bar for your rack
