My wife got these Dance Knee Pads for our daughter, who is competing in figure skating, and they have been a fantastic addition to her gear. She wears them all the time during practice, and they provide excellent padding and support for her knees and ankles. She had previously sprained her ankles quite a bit. The design is comfortable, allowing her to move freely while still offering the protection she needs when she falls or lands hard on the ice. Overall, these knee pads have made a big difference in her skating experience, and I highly recommend them.

I really like these knee pads, especially. When you are out on the ice, you want to be able to have good mobility. But you also don’t want to get hurt. These have a good enough cushion in them that they will cushion the fall. But also the material that they are made of makes You have perfect range of motion. Best of both worlds. They also did not slip or slide around. They stayed perfectly where I wanted them.
