I use this resin for printing lens mounts for IP camera modules. The modules can get quite hot, so I went looking for a good HT resin. I had used other resins from Siraya Tech before, and was pleased with the results, so decided to give Sculpt a try. For this application, it has turned out to be a near-perfect solution. It prints clean without much shrinkage. There's a bit of warp on the first few layers, but the layers that count are plane parallel to one another. The only drawback is that it is a thick resin, so you will find that the solids in the resin will settle out over time. Shake/mix well and empty your vat after use and you should be golden. In terms of printability, I haven't had any failures, yet, and I'm fairly relaxed when it comes to controlling things like room temperature. I print with Siraya Tech's recommended settings for my printer, stir my vat between prints and the results are always good.

I used the 80% Siraya Tech Sculpt High-Temp Resin with 20% white Tough Resin I had on hand to make new sockets for a tube preamp I am refurbishing. . I did some tests with 100% Sculpt but when I did my offline temperature tests, it withstood the heat but the thermal shock from getting hot and cold quickly caused the thin areas to crack. By mixing with some tough resin, I was able to make a part that has held up to the ~100C temps without cracking. The pictures show the before and after the the tube/socket replacement. I will definitely be using Siraya Tech Sculpt High-Temp resin for future projects. By the way, it printed flawlessly! (I use a heater inside the chamber set at 90F.)

I was warned this is tricky to print with, but apart from ensuring the temperature is kept to a minimum, it seems no more difficult than anything else I’ve used.I had one initial failure, mostly because of my rush to place supports, but have since printed several items with no issues. Good detail and exceptional dimensional accuracy. I cannot fathom why, but I also use less of this resin for the same models printed with another product. Weird, but good!
