Tristemente, la comparo con un sonos beam2 + submini woofer y se queda corto con un 60%. Voy a ahorrar para volver a poner ese sistema en mi sala de estar.

Desde que llego mi pedido 8dias funcionó bien. Hoy ya no prendio..Dejo de funcionar...Tenía un detalle en una bocina cerí que no afectaría a su función.

First of all ...everybody who are viewing my review..plz read it carefully so here only your all doubts can be disappear...Iam not a normal person regarding sound technolgy..this is 11th hometheater.to me...Firstly about:Mids : excellentVocals : super and mindblowingBass : block buster...Note: lot of members are saying bass is not.good..guys dont judge the sony..because. they are ruleing the sound technology from 19's ..so sony developers are not a fools...they know everything ..they calibrated mids ,lows,vocals etc...everything...and they provided this beast..Note 2 : dont compare this hometheater with zebronics and other different companies because they are just tiny parts...infront of sonyGuys ...please buy this ht who wants "real 5.1"Experience....damn..sure you will not go to theater..But you should place the hometheater in perfect place then only you can feel very sound...otherwise you will hate it.....First place soundbar 4 feet from ground.Subwoofer should place left or right ..first calibrate the sound whether you are getting sound effect from woofer ..next rear spekers should place backside..behind you.. Of 5 feet from ground.Note 3 : try to seat on centre then onlyYou will feel "real 5.1" ..To get perfect 5.1 dolby the next important is connection from tv...your tv should be Arc or earc port should be there..and make sure use pure quality hdmi cabel like blue rigger company or amazon basics these are good..thats it ...I think you have a doubt that ...why i spended this much of time for review..... simply sony hts40r motivated me to write.....because of sound.......superrrrrrrrrrrr.....Who are having sound knowledge they can only understand about this home theater...fools dont know ...

Very poor rear speaker sound quality. A lot of cracking and popping and static. I had expected better from Sony. Good vendor though. I received a full credit upon return of the system.

This surround sound system is dope and works with other Sony products. Sony PlayStation, Sony Tv, it all works seamlessly. Watching a 5.1 surround sound movie will have you turning your head due to the surround and make you feel like you are there, no cap. The dynamic range is insane and it can be tweaked based on the type of room you are in. Due to the settings, you can put this system anywhere no matter the size of room and still get that effect. I think the surround speakers has a total distance of 15 feet which can be reduced if you want but at 15 ft, this is good for a large living room. You won’t be disappointment
