This wasn't very hard to put together. I had a couple of missteps, but they were easily fixed. It's a good size. I felt like the shelf was too low, but not a deal breaker.

Perfect!! I had to watch the video on here on Amazon on how to assemble it!! Very sturdy and it looks fantastic!!

The price is what attracted me. Fairly easy to assemble, but care is needed. Even then, as soon as I went to move it, the top pulled right off, the studs ripped through that attached the top to the sides. Product description is deceptive. It claims that it is heavy oak wood, but it's actually compressed paper with a faux wood laminate. I think in the future I will either spend more for real wood or copy the design and build my own.

I ordered the Podium Stand for my husband to use when he teaches and it is perfect, just as it is pictured.The podium arrived quickly with assembly required; however all accessories, instructions and everything needed for assembly was included in the packaging.After my husband assembled it, the podium stood approximately 41" in height; and, at a width of approximately 24", a laptop as well as papers/pens/markers/notes can easily also be placed on it.The wooden podium is sturdy; has a nice oak woodgrain finish; made in a design that is easy to just wipe clean; and there is a shelf underneath that makes there be 2 areas or levels onto which other items can be placed.This is a very nice, very sturdy, woodgrain podium and I would rate it a 10 if I could, but I can and do easily rate it a 5+ out of 5.
