Packaging was good, but foam sheets & styrofoam wedges didn’t keep the parts safe. A couple parts had labels and a parts list was included. However, the last line on this list said “Please read the following instructions carefully”. NO instructions!!!! Top of cart was scratched but that will be covered by the printer. By no stretch of the imagination could this be considered sturdy. I retightened all the screws twice but that didn’t help. I put a heavy old dictionary on the bottom shelf to stop it from jiggling when I was printing. It also said “ Please contact us when”. That’s it! Don’t know when to contact and no name, phone, website, nothing! An oversight? I think not!

Just had this one day so far but can tell it is already perfect for my needs. I required a mobile cart to hold a server and various drive enclosures in a small compact corner. Initially I ordered a server rack that turned out to not just be overkill, but larger than I wanted for my space and not even as sturdy (and also three times as expensive). The bottom smaller shelf of that server rack bent under the weight of my drive enclosures (to be fair that shelf appears only meant for lighter components like routers, etc… and I was not really using that product as intended since its meant for enterprise servers to be bolted into the racks).This printer stand was very easy to assemble. The grated shelves allow additional airflow to my components and are sturdy enough to hold my heaviest items (two drive enclosures: one with 4 hard drives and one with 5 hard drives for a total of almost 36 lbs.).I like that the middle shelf provides a choice of two height placements. I currently have it on the tallest size but could use it a bit higher up. I probably won’t, but if I get motivated enough to take everything off the shelf and unscrew the screws, I might adjust it to the shorter setting. Regardless, the option is there.

I was Very disappointed that I was missing 1 screw that was needed and the Allan Wrench. The directions are misleading. I saw some ppl said it was easy to assemble. I disagree. I had to use a screw from a different project and fine another Alan wrench that was too small. It took 1.5 hours and I had to keep going back to loosen screws to fit the shelves. Nice product but be prepared for the unexpected.

Funciona para lo que la compré, mi impresora es una laser Samsung, la cual no pesa mucho por lo tanto no tuve problemas con el peso en si. Bastante práctica y de buen tamaño.

I had 2 issues with this product. Firstly the instructions for the screws are wrong. The indication for where the 4 short screws (1 x4) should be, the product item calls for the long screws. Secondly, while installing the feet the plastic stayed in my hand. Disappointed with this product.
