I like that I’m able to mount my camera now without putting holes in the wall. It’s pretty easy to manipulate but if you want to change it, it might take a little more effort to rearrange. I didn’t like it on the side so I ended up putting it at the back of the crib. I wanted to get it as high up as I could so that it’s not so close to my baby’s face.

The picture is of a friends camera to show you the tripod port i am referring to. I do not own this style of camera and there is no ports on the cameras i own so i could not actually test this out BUT I did play with it and twisted it in place and made a triangular base with the screw head in a great spot to hold the camera above the crib AND with the porta-crib. If i did have the tripod port it would have been the absolutely perfect companion to the camera and a big help in the angles i could setup to watch the Babies. Check your camera, if you have the port you should get this mount and you will use it for all its worth and more.

The product photos show this camera mount being used to put a security camera on a crib so it can be used as a baby monitor. That is definitely a great use for this mount, but it can be used for many other purposes as well. As long as you are able to wrap this mount around whatever object you want to attach it to, you can put a camera there (As long as the camera has a standard threaded hole on the bottom for mounting it). I am actually using this to put a security camera on the railing for my stairs that lead to my second floor. This way I have a perfect view of my front door. This mount works so well that I plan to order a few more so I can mount cameras in other locations in my home where it's not convenient to drill holes in the wall.

This was exactly what we needed. We didn't have any shelves or dressers etc overlooking our crib, so my husband had our monitor mounted to an old tripod next to the crib. It was bulky and a pain to maneuver around. Our toddler was knocking th4 tripod over or dragging it to a new location daily which required us to set up the camera fresh each night.This is perfect for us. I can mount our monitor to the crib elevated enough to get a good angle on the baby. It's easy to attach to the crib and easy to attach the camera. It is plenty long to allow it to be wrapped around the crib with length to spare to give the camera additional elevation.I like that it is capable of supporting cameras that screw to the mount as well as the ones that lock on with a peg type system. If we ever change monitors down the road, I know I can still rely on this item to get me the right view. It can even be manipulated to be used sitting on a dresser or shelf etc instead of wrapped directly around crib rails. Again, fantastic for getting some extra altitude and the perfect viewing angle for your room. This could possibly save you the hassle of mounting a monitor to the ceiling (we did this with our first child).

El soporte llegó en excelente estado y embono perfectamente en el monitor, se siente de muy buena calidad.
