The hardware is sturdy and easy to install, but the holes for the screws holding the curtain rods in place are drilled the wrong way, with the outside lower than the inside, so the screws go over and above the curtain rods and don't hold them in place. Because of this, the hardware is practically worthless, unless you find a way to raise the curtain rods about half an inch so that the screws will still catch them. I bought other hardware that is identical except that the holes for these screws are drilled straight and the screws will catch the curtain rods and hold them in place which is their purpose.

Simple to install. Came well packaged. Install the tightening bolts yourself before installation. As with most manufacturers, the screws can be a little soft, so you may want to use a harder screw compound if you're using a drill or impact driver to install them. FWIW, we purchased silver, and it looks a bit more like a matte nickel.
