Habe es mit Teststreifen getestet.Vorher extrem kalkhaltiges Wasser mit 5 von 5. Jetzt ca. 3,5 von 5.Der Filter reduziert die Wasserhärte also um ca. 30% bei uns.Die Haut juckt nun auch weniger.Die Installation ist ein Kinderspiel, vorausgesetzt alle Teile werden mitgeliefert.Bei uns fehlten im Lieferumfang die Dichtungen (silicon gasket) und das Dichtband (plumber's tape), beides hatte ich aber selber noch vorrätig.

Mi novia tuvo la idea de instalarlo para la ducha y hemos notado que nuestra piel y cabello están más sanos desde que comenzamos a usarlo. Ayuda mucho cuando la calidad del agua que sale de la tubería no es la deseada para procurar la salud de la piel y del cabello, lo cuál desgraciadamente pasa mucho en México.

We moved in November, and within a few weeks my skin was tight, my hair looked like crap and was possibly falling out at a rapid rate, and my scalp was so itchy I was starting to get scabs. My husband had noticed his skin breaking out more, and my son's eczema was starting to flare up. After some research I was fairly certain hard water might be to blame, so I ordered this guy, along with a version for filling up the tub. It took roughly 10 minutes to install, and my first shower was GLORIOUS. You could literally feel the difference in the water. After a week my hair and skin looked and felt so much better, and since I was barely scratching, NO MORE SCABS! I will say that ours didn't come with the reducer, which was necessary for us if we didn't want to run out of hot water in 7 minutes, so I reached out to the supplier to see if they could send us one. Unfortunately they could not, as the kit is all together when they receive it, but they sent me a few links of where to purchase one and offered me a free filter for my troubles. I did take one star off since it extends the length of the shower head, which can be a bit annoying for myself at 5'8" and my husband at 6', but all in all an excellent product that delivers what's promised, and a company with great customer service.
