It fits my hand and fingers. Whole ots too cool to swim now, I plan on using these for my swim lessons. Very excited and grateful to have these. The quality of the fin is sturdy, the perimeter has a softer silicone layer, which will help with pushing through the water.

I have used the same Speedo neoprene gloves for ages and ages. Nothing to complain about, they are still working. But just thought I would try something new. I am just a casual lap swimmer and do aquacise. I will not be tweaking my stroke technique, just adding some resistance. I know Speedo is quality and lasts "for ages and ages"! I guess one thing I like about these finger paddles is that I can just toss into my swim bag and not worry that they are wet - like the gloves. Also they are easier to use than the gloves. One size fits all.

The part that goes against your palm and fingers is made of silicone and plastic, and the straps you slip your fingers into are made of silicone. It feels very natural.Finger paddles are suitable for all levels of swimmers. Intermediate and advanced swimmers can use it to fine-tune stroke technique such as improving catch position and efficiency, and arm pull. Finger paddles provide less resistance than full-hand paddles, so they're less stressful on your shoulders.These can also help beginner swimmers develop a high elbow catch, proper positioning of the hands, and an overall more efficient stroke and feel of the water.For everyone, they also can help improve forearm and upper body strength and endurance.While everyone won't need these, those who do will find themselves developing a better feel for the water and refining their stroke technique. While you can probably find a lot of imitations, I'd definitely go with an established brand like Speedo for these.

I received this item through Amazon Vine for a review. I jumped at the chance to order these Speedo finger paddles! As a novice swimmer, these are helping me to ensure proper hand positioning during each stroke and build upper body strength. They're very comfortable on, with a plastic base and silicone straps. They can be adjusted if necessary, fitting different size hands. Overall, great functional piece of equipment that appears well made, durable, and adds value to my swim workout.

The Speedo Unisex-Adult Swim Training Power Plus Paddles are designed with an excellent form that makes them ideal for swim practice. They fit comfortably on the fingers, are easy to use, and are of high quality. My son, who is a swimmer, also uses them and is very satisfied. Additionally, the price is reasonable, which is a great advantage.
