I read a review where the guy said he wished he'd measured before ordering. I didn't either because the photos of the item specifically stated it fit my Hayward model number. In my attached photo the blue o-ring is the one needing replacement. The black o-ring is the new one. The blue one fit snuggly over the multiport valve and now so does the black one after streching it into place. I'm wondering if the blue one also was stretched over the valve. The old one developed a leak that got progressively worse to the point I'd lose prime when the pump shut off. That said, I noticed a drip every now and then. Some days, due to expansion and contraction it would be better or worst (I'd see bubbles in the return jets too.) Or I'd see a small stream of water dripping down the side of the tank occasionally.My salt water chlorinator seemed to be giving a 'cell maintenance ' indicator light too often too. I'm thinking that may have been because of the air getting into the tank from the o-ring leak and going over the cell??! So far so good! It's an easy fix! There's a couple YouTube vids that I'm glad I watched.
