It's well built and sturdy. The cable feels of good quality and works well. The cable is very short, which was desired, but make sure you check the sizing to make sure it works for you.

This is an inexpensive Mikwaukee to Starlink Mini battery adapter. The cable length is strange because there really isn't a good way to route the battery away from the dish itself. If you use the starlink "base" the battery just barely sits off to the side. There are quite a few inexpensive 18v battery adapters available and this one is the exact same as others... so pick a cheap one and save a few bucks.There are other more expensive Milwaukee 18v adapters that also double as bases and that's more likely the solution I will eventually settle on. This would be a satisfactory (not great) way to power a Starlink mini in an emergency. A 12v to 30v cigarette plug adapter is a more realistic solution for extended use... and a Victron 12v to 24v (adjusted to 30v) is even better.If you already have larger AH 18v packs this is a good backup.
