Received as bad condition, the blister box is already opened, stand also opened, the card has some bend at the side, not satisfied at all, will never buy, and also not recommend

This figure looks great. Key word "looks".The articulation is there but the lower skirt is soft plastic and he can't sit down. I hate that they made the senators like this.Other than that it's a good figure of Valorum.

Nicely crafted figurine. Not aware of any other variants being made, so a nice addition to the Old Republic Senate.

If anyone enjoyed Terrance Stamp (General Zod, Superman II) in Episode I as Chancellor Valorum, this figure captures the character quite well, although the articulation is limited, which is standard for the late 1990s when he was made. There have been no subsequent figures of Chancellor Finis Valorum. The blue outer robe is hard plastic and removable, revealing the other outfit he wore on the landing platform when greeting the Queen with Senator Palpatine. His staff accessory bears the emblem of the Republic, even if the prop itself wasn't in the movie. The comtech chip, which holds three lines of Valorum's from the film, also doubles nicely as a character stand. If you want to hear the lines, you'll need a Commtech Chip Reader.I'm pleased to have this character in my collection, having read and listened to other books that featured Valorum, set before Episode I, such as "Cloak of Deception" and "Darth Plagueis", which show the basis for the 'baseless accusations of corruption' Palpatine alluded to in Episode I. I plan to keep this figure in my collection for good.

I'm not a hardcore collector of these figures; I prefer to pose them for shots of an action-figure based comic strip I do. The detail on Valorum is very good, although I was disappointed in how his articulation is limited - there are no knee, elbow, or wrist joints.
