Grosse déception pour ce produit : la taille indiquée sur le site d'Amazon est de 22,9 cm. Nous le commandons donc en toute confiance pour notre fils de 8 ans qui investit là plusieurs mois d'argent de poche (figurine+frais de port = 18 euros tout de même, ce n'est pas rien!). La figurine arrive ce midi : elle ne mesure que 11 cm! soit environ la moitié des autres figurines Hasbro que notre enfant possède déjà. S'il n'en tenait qu'à son père et moi, nous aurions renvoyé le produit bien entendu. Cependant il est difficile de la reprendre à un enfant qui l'attend depuis plusieurs semaines et qui, même déçu par sa taille, préfère le conserver plutôt que d'y renoncer. Ce n'est pas la première fois que le descriptif que propose Amazon ne correspond pas à l'article vendu. Nous avons vraiment l'impression d'être abusés... de quoi éroder la confiance en cette enseigne...

Bought this for my young nephew. He's Star Wars mad. He wanted his favourite characters jar jar binks and battle droid. So when they arrived he was overjoyed. They are played with a lot.

Based on the review at Jedi Temple Archive, I was worried about this figure. However, I actually like it a lot. The biggest problem is the neck joint - Hasbro made a big hole at the base of Jar Jar's neck so you can move it around, but if the neck is pushed back you can see the hold. Fortunately, I've found that if you push the neck forward it actually looks pretty good. I love the detail on Jar Jar's head and arms. It would be great if Hasbro produced a version without the hole in the neck, but in the meantime this is the best version of that crazy Gungan out there.

First, I have to state that I think the Lost Wave of the Vintage Collection is nothing more than a marketing ploy. The figures and accessories for each of the figures in the line as in the regular Vintage Collection. When I made the holding pouch for this figure, I just listed him by his regular Vintage Collection number.That said, this is an excellent reproduction of the pleasantly goofy Gungan, with great articulation. The small feet sometimes make him a little difficult to stand, but if you have action figure stands, that's no problem. Jar Jar's accessories include a Gungan electro-pole and a boomer in a sling.Many people dislike Jar Jar because of his inherent goofiness, but not me. He was written to be silly, comedy relief, and in Episode I, I think he succeeded brilliantly at that. Yet because of the incessant whining of so-called fans, who thought they had the right to tell George Lucas what to do with his story, his role diminished in Episode II, and reduced him to a piece of background in Episode III.I'm happy to have this Jar Jar in my collection, and I plan to keep him for good.
