This is a solid, fast and well made cable. As the name says, it is intended for a Starlink install. What makes these cables unique is the plug end. The locking clip is short and doesn't stick out like a normal ethernet RJ45 plug end. To remove this you need a small screwdriver or other small something to depress the clip.All in all, this is a good cable for the right implementation.

I purchased this cable because I have Starlink installed on my RV trailer and didn’t need 50’ of cable, only 10’. And from previous experience I know it’s never a good idea to bundle all the extra cabling as can cause interference. So far this cable works as it should but it’s not as robust as the Starlink cable.

Perfectly serviceableThe only con is it felt like the waterproof surround was not as snug in the Starlink Mini’s receptacle. It was ok-tight, but not omfg-tight.I have a mini on a pedestal in the yard with a clear-lidded latching waterproof box on it containing two AC electrical outlets side by side. One powers the Starlink Mini AC power brick and the other a power line ethernet modem. I cut the end off an extension cord and wired it to both receptacles. The plug end goes into the other power line ethernet modem inside the cabin which itself plugs into the WAN port of my Slate router. The Starlink Mini is in passthru mode which is to say its wifi and router are disabled and it acts only as a modem. I clocked this getup at 259Mbps in one bandwidth test (though that was during my Starlink trial period when they were likely being careful to give me really super good service.)

At 100FT, it offers plenty of length for versatile installation options. Whether you need to extend your connection to a far-off location or simply want a tidier setup, this cable provides the flexibility I need. I have a gazebo that's about 75 feet from my setup and this works great. Long enough to reach where I need.

Starlink Gen 3 cable is high quality ethernet cable that will take the elements. I am using it for a video camera connection. The cable works great for any ethernet application that requires outside connections as it is waterproof, resistant to sunlight, and can also be buried making it ideal for security cameras.
