It takes about 20 min to put this thing together and it comes with all the tools you need. It's easy to put together. It has great quality tubing which you can take apart easily if you hook them up wrong. It is very mobile with high quality wheels that can be used indoors and outdoors. It has plenty of room for all of your recreational balls. The tubing is strong even though there is a little bit of "twisting" - once you put it together everything pretty much straightens out. The only thing it is lacking is a strong sturdy base. It has the netting for a base and I do not feel that will last over time. There are support bars on the bottom so if you want to install a better base you can.

Exactly as described and good quality for the price. It could be 2-3'' taller, but that's my fault for not thinking about it prior to ordering.
