I bought these books for my daughters for over the summer to work on their skill building for school. They enjoy doing one page a day minimum and it was to their skill level and a bit challenging so that they could progress. My daughter who was in junior kindergarten who had a very hard time with upper and lowercase letters was able to know both uppercase and lowercase letters, and some sounds when she went back to school in the fall. I would buy these again and will continue to buy the grades as they progress.

This workbook is quite good in my opinion, although my daughter doesn't like the drawings and the fact there are very few stickers. Something I would improve: the drawings lack coherence or consistency throughout the vacation workbook.

Great activity workbook for kids. Great for bridge from 1st to 2nd grade in the summer!

My son is able to read the instructions and complete activities easily. They are similar exercises I saw him doing in Grade 1 homework, so its a great refresher for him during the summer break. There is math, basic clock/ time telling, spelling, reading comprehension and also activities like look and find, matching and find the difference.
