How can one resist this geographically accurate map for their bathroom?I’m sure in my other life I was a cartographer. Just love maps. And to see one of our world in the large bathroom mirror, as I prepare to step in the tub, and everywhere in between during bathroom use? A dream!Holes for hanging are placed just right, more opaque than translucent (we also have a white fabric liner behind it), size is accurate. No issues, staining, or rips after several months of use.

I LOVE this map on the shower curtain! It’s the right colors for our guest bathroom and, from the North and South American countries I know, the labeling of countries and their capitals is accurate!! Good quality too!!

We homeschool in a tiny space. I had been looking for the perfect globe but then saw an idea in a FB group to get a shower curtain map. Of course we have multiple childrens atlas’s in our home library, but they don’t get opened as much as I wish.So often now, my kids will come to me and ask how to pronounce a country or place they see on this map while they’re going to the bathroom! Anytime we talk about a place from one of our books, we head to the bathroom to see where it is. It’s great!The colors are soft and pretty and the material is fine. We have a liner to keep it nicer. Best purchase for our lives in awhile!

I've had other world map shower curtains, and this is by far the most detailed. I've had curtains that don't label most countries in europe for example, but this one has 5 and 6 cities labeled in Germany and France. But don't assume the map is distorted like a Mercator projection, because it's not. Africa is massive and Greenland is much smaller, as they should be.Fair warning, that does mean some regions are quite busy, almost cluttered, while others are more empty, but if you are looking for detail, you can be sure this curtain has it. Even the Kuril Islands which are a disputed territory between Japan and Russia are labeled as such. The text says "Occupied by the SOVIET UNION in 1945, administered by RUSSIA, claimed by JAPAN".The disputed territory between India and China is clearly labeled as such. Borders which are not official but more like DMZs or "lines of control" use a different color, like the DMZ in Korea, parts of the border between India and Pakistan, and Israel and Palestine. Ukraine's capital is spelled "Kyiv" on the curtain, not "Kiev" which many older English maps tend to use. However, it should be noted that Taiwan is labeled, but the font used is not that of a country and the color is shared with China.TLDR; I was genuinely surprised by the quality of this map. By far the most detail I've seen on a shower curtain. Could be described as cluttered/busy in some regions, but absolutely worth it for the detail.

This curtain is an inexpensive product that will last for many years to come, well beyond the average time span of most shower curtains. Once you feel the polyester fabric, you will find that it feels almost like satin. It is very soft to the touch. This product also comes with twelve plastic curtain rings that I found to be easy to use and very durable.Being as I have a love for geography, I can think of no better shower curtain to have, where it is extremely detailed. I genuinely enjoy being able to see the continents on the bottom without the major cities included as well. This shower curtain is all kinds of fun for the whole family. If you have young children, they will have hours of educational amusement. My son absolutely loves it! He thinks having this shower curtain is a great way to help him with learning the continents, cities, and capitals’ of each country.I would recommend this product to anyone who is in the market for a new shower curtain. Unlike most shower curtains, this happens to be machine washable, and it actually holds up in the washing machine. The metal grommets are rust proof, so no matter how long you have this shower curtain hanging in your bathroom, or how many times you have to wash it you will never see rust.Having a child who is allergic to mildew, I find myself having to replace shower curtains frequently. Being as this is curtain mildew resistant, it is definitely money well spent. I will not have to replace another shower curtain again due to mildew. It also has many other great benefits, it is PVC-free, non-toxic, and it complements any bathroom wonderfully.
