I bought these after reading multiple reviews. Put them in my Marshall DSL 40CR as a kind of test run before putting them in more expensive stuff. I couldn't, for the life of me, get the tone dialed in. Flubby bass, couldn't tame the lower mids with a combo of all the EQs (amp, 7 band pedal and overdrive pedals) and shrill highs. I pulled a set of old Mullard RI's out for these. After literally less than 6 hrs worth of total playing time, the one on the right in the picture crapped out. Luckily, not at a gig. I'm an all analog guy for nearly 30 years and I NEVER write reviews. These are the worst tubes I've ever played through. Worse than stock GT's.

I use these in my Marshall 2554 combos, and they seem to provide great tone w really nice bottom end. I’m a repeat customer and love the quick shipping and smart, careful packing!

They sound great. I’m very pleased with sound. It’s my favorite practice amp. That’s what was in my amp and I just replaced with the same brand because like I said it’s my favorite practice amp. Still sounds amazing and these tubes did the trick.

Does a fantastic job! I replaced the stock tubes in my Reisong a10 and made a huge difference. The previous stock tubes were a bit “bass heavy” and the Svetlana ones weren’t light in the bass, but just right and really sang with the mids. Richer, fuller sound. To me, sounds how tubes are supposed to sound, very musical. I highly recommend.
