Ich habe mir das SwitchBot WLAN Smart Lock Pro mit Touchscreen-Tastatur vor kurzem gekauft und bin mehr als begeistert! Die Lieferung war schnell und das Produkt kam sicher verpackt an. Bereits beim Auspacken war klar: Hier handelt es sich um ein hochwertiges, gut verarbeitetes Gerät.Die Installation war kinderleicht – kein Bohren, kein Spezialwerkzeug notwendig. Alles hat perfekt auf mein Türschloss gepasst. Die App führt Schritt für Schritt durch die Einrichtung und war sofort mit meinem WLAN verbunden.Besonders beeindruckt bin ich von der Vielzahl an Öffnungsoptionen: Ich kann meine Tür per Smartphone, Apple Watch, Zahlencode oder automatisch durch Geofencing öffnen. Die Touchscreen-Tastatur sieht nicht nur edel aus, sondern funktioniert zuverlässig und schnell. Ideal auch, wenn Gäste oder Familienmitglieder ohne Schlüssel Zugang brauchen.Ein echtes Highlight ist die Auto-Lock-Funktion: Sobald die Tür ins Schloss fällt, wird sie nach wenigen Sekunden automatisch verriegelt – super praktisch und sicher! Ich habe außerdem jederzeit über die App im Blick, wer die Tür geöffnet oder geschlossen hat – ein zusätzliches Plus in Sachen Sicherheit.Fazit: Dieses smarte Türschloss ist jeden Cent wert. Es verbindet Sicherheit, Komfort und modernste Technik in einem durchdachten System. Für mich ein absoluter Gamechanger im Alltag – klare Empfehlung.

I am updating my review. This is an amazing company. I have NEVER received this level of customer service from any other company, ever. They have completely addressed the problems I was having so it should not occur again for other purchasers, but they reached out to me several times to try and fix it for me. Given my distance from the device, they refunded my purchase price without my having to return it.I will definitely be happy to purchase from them in the future and recommend them to others. Great company. Great customer service!This is a very cool device and it has won awards.I bought it for a condo that we use as a vacation rental and stay in a few times a year. We had always used a key for the front door because the Home Owners Association mandated that we could not change our locks because the fire department would not be able to enter in an emergency if we did, so this seemed like the perfect answer.It worked while we were there just fine. When our first renters showed up, I started getting all kinds of messages about the lock jamming and that we needed to take a key when we left. Messages stating that the fingerprint recognition which we had not enabled was being used incorrectly and was going to be disabled. I figured it was user error until our long-time renter, who is extremely handy, arrived and could not make the lock work.Then I got a message that all these problems would be solved if I would authorize a firmware update, and was told my phone needed to be near the lock. I was more than 3000 miles away.This is probably a great product if you install it where you live, but don't count on it for a vacation rental that you are not within easy access of. Our kind renter took it off for us and installed a regular keypad entry keyed to the master key.The SwitchBot will be long past a return date by the time I get back to the condo. I wish I had known.

Je suis absolument ravi de mon expérience avec la serrure connectée SwitchBot Lock Pro ! Dès l'ouverture de la boîte, j'ai été impressionné par la qualité de finition, qui mérite sans aucun doute un 5/5. L'installation a été d'une rapidité déconcertante, sans le moindre accroc, et le package incluant le clavier tactile et le Hub Mini est tout simplement parfait, méritant également un 5/5.Ce qui rend cette serrure vraiment exceptionnelle, c'est sa polyvalence. Que ce soit via l'application mobile, un code, une empreinte, une clé ou une carte NFC, l'accès est incroyablement facile et sécurisé. Avec la possibilité de stocker jusqu'à 100 codes, cartes et empreintes, elle offre une flexibilité remarquable pour répondre aux besoins de chaque utilisateur.Les notifications sont également un atout majeur, me tenant toujours informé de l'état de ma porte de manière judicieuse. Et même si je suis conscient que le temps nous dira si les adhésifs 3M tiennent sur le long terme, je suis confiant grâce à la qualité globale du produit. Aussi, je tiens à souligner une fonctionnalité particulièrement intéressante de cette serrure : la détection de serrure laissée déverrouillée et de porte laissée ouverte, rendue possible grâce à un petit aimant discret placé sur le côté. This is their new smart lock, and overall, it’s pretty solid. They claim it's compatible with all locks, but for mine, it wasn’t 100% compatible. I had to use my own screws, so I wouldn’t say it works for every lock out there. It really depends on your specific lock and screws, but if you’re handy, you can probably make it work. Unlike the previous model that used 3M adhesive strips, this one uses screws, which makes it more robust and reliable. It’s not going to fall off like the 3M version sometimes did.The lock itself works fine, although I’ve noticed it occasionally jams, especially after the recent software update in September 2024. The batteries are holding up well, and despite the installation being a bit tricky, I managed to get it up and running. I use it daily now.Software Perspective:The software is decent, though it could definitely be improved. There are a few bugs here and there, but overall, it gets the job done. I do appreciate that they release updates from time to time, and I’m happy with that. However, I’d love to see more features added, like auto-unlocking when your phone is nearby, so it detects your presence and unlocks the door automatically.Additionally, to connect the lock to Wi-Fi and use it with Alexa, you need the SwitchBot Hub Mini, which I already have (an older version, but it works just fine). With that setup, I’m able to control the lock using Alexa, which adds a lot of convenience.Price and Value:From a price perspective, it’s definitely cheaper than its competitors, which was the main reason I bought it. They’ve also improved the quality compared to older versions, which is a nice touch. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would rate it a solid 5 out of 5.
