I returned my first vacuum washer because it didn’t have steam. I love the steam cleaning. This is light weight, attractive clean looking.

This cleaner is amazing! I have heavy trafficked hardwood floors and tile and several furry animals inside. It wasn’t even a challenge for this cleaner! It was easy to assemble and figure out cleaning it after is a little bit of a chore but you’ll be surprised what this thing picks up.

I wish the clean water tank was larger so I don't have to keep filling it up.I wish the rollers had scrubbies in them and not just microfiber.I wish the steam function can be on without me having to hold the button for continuous steam.I wish there was much more steam instead of very hot water.I wish the plug wire was just a little longer, maybe 5 ft. more.I wish it cleaned to the wall on Both sides and not just one.I wish it came with an extra roller and filter so I can clean it and get it ready for the next use without having to assemble it first.I like that it is a white machine. It looks clean.I like the self cleaning mode.I like that there is no audio, one less thing that can go wrong.I like that it steams right to the floor behind the roller. It's a good spot.I like that it is light weight.I like that I can vacuum, wash and dry all at the same time.I especially like that it is more affordable than the other floor washers with steam, and does the same exact job.I like that I actually can't wait to wash my floors again. It's not a drudgery anymore.

This is such a cool idea - you can vacuum, steam or mop with one cleaner. But it's not that simple. You CAN vacuum, but bits that you vacuum up get clogged up in the dirty water tank. You're better off vacuuming prior to mopping with this.So you have a great mop/steamer in one cleaner. But it's not that simple. Yes, it mops and steams, but the Q&A on the offering states you're advised not to use any cleaning solutions in the tank and the information booklet that comes with the vacuum advises against cleaning up substances including ammonia or bleach. While it doesn't specifically state to not use the steam cleaner to clean up any specific cleaning product, it's not stating that any are safe to use with it. If you want to use a cleaning product, I guess you use a swiffer wet cloth before using this steamer. So you have now vacuumed and mopped before using this Vacuum Mop All in One.What you have here is a mop/steamer that just uses water. That's it. I am old school. I don't feel like water is enough to thoroughly clean, even if it is steaming. That said, I used it on a bathroom ceramic tile floor and my kitchen bamboo and slate floors, and the floors were made hot and damp and there was definitely steam issuing forth. They weren't disgusting before and looked better upon completion. There was dirty water in the reservoir when I poured it out. There were also several large bits in the hopper that were strained out when it vacuumed them up.The Good:It's surprisingly low noise for what it is. Quieter than my Dustbuster, Roomba, or Dyson. It self-cleans post-use to make sure that the brush is clean and ready for the next time.It has a stand that handily keeps it elevated to dry out between uses, and the stand has spots to dry out the beater brush and the cleaning brush accessory. The cord is good and long so you can do a large area without re-plugging.It's lightweight and very easy to maneuver. It has a clean, nice look to it.The bad:Instructions for use are pretty bare bones. You kind of learn on the go with it.You have to hold the trigger continuously to steam. It tires out the hand.Though it states it's a vacuum, you can only use it on hard flooring. The "beater brush" has the appearance of a terrycloth paint roller cover. You wouldn't lift a thing out of the carpet with this. (And you'd probably get it wet, too).High priced for what you're getting. Since it states you'll need to replace the brush every 2-3 months and the filter every 6 months, it would be nice to get at least one extra of each in the kit at this price point.I'm just not convinced things are getting really, really clean without any kind of cleaning solvent. I'm a nature kid, and only use vinegar and essential oils in my house as far as cleaning chemicals. I don't need the big guns but I do like a sanitary environment. In all, it's good but I'd like it a lot better if you could use cleaners with it.

I needed a new vacuum cleaner so I figured I'd get one that could do multiple jobs since cleaning is not my favorite thing to do. This is a very nice vacuum to begin with. It's got a good weight to it and it was easy to put together. I initially used it to vacuum my carpet. It vacuumed well but it was not easy to push - I get it - it's designed for floors so no big deal. It moves like a dream on my wood floors. It has a swivel handle that lets you change motion with pure ease. I didn't plan on using the wet cleaning portion so soon but I spilled an entire cup of sticky juice on the floor. It was way too much to clean up so I pulled out the vacuum. I threw some warm water and cleaning solution on the floor and vacuumed away. It scrubbed my floor and sucked up all of the water and juice. The floor is still a little sticky so I'll have to steam the floor again. But this was so easy and painless - much easier than pulling out a mop and bucket.
