After just finishing the TAMIYA PRINCE OF WHALES BATTLESHIP,,,Ihave found this USS NEW JERSEY is great in all ways.The price is also outstanding coming in at 94 smackers.When I order I always look at the scale to determine how big it is,,,, yep my friends this one is bigger than the Whales coming in at a total length of 30 inches.WOW.You also get some photo etched parts in this kit.Evidently there is two versions of this kit by TAMIYA one made in 1982 and one released in 2005,,either way they are both winners.I displayed the Whales in a 20 gallon old Aquarium with lighted hood but this bad boy is too big for that.NEW JERSEY is well made with just a few flaws.My version shows the propeller shafts in the instructions but are not there as they are listed as metal with no part number,,,,of course no problem for me as I can use some leftover axels from some of my old model car kits,,,even a cut down coat hanger will work.Shipping was quick coming in at 9 days from Japan.I am still using my Shuttle Art Paint Set that came with 66 colors and other goodies sold here on Amazon for 27 dollars,,,all acylic paints.Ido hope my next kit will be even bigger than this one.Don’forget to cut out the kit box top and frame it above your finished ship,,for all to see,,,,I have enclosed a few pics of the beginning stage of this New Jersey Battleship showing a Helicopter pad on the rear hull.You can paint this yourself or use included decals,,,I opted to paint it in for more realism.on March 6 I added a few more pics after completing a little over halfway thru the construction.

作り甲斐がありましたが髪の毛の太さのワイヤーでアンテナ作りはカールした癖があるので難しい。写真個所のアンテナはプラ部品を熱で伸ばして塗装して取り付けました。戦艦大和と並べてディスプレイしてます。

Attention pas de colle ni de peinture dans le colis. Ne pas se faire avoir avec les photos. Extrêmement déçu

Werde dort wieder bestellen das Model von sich ist super Passgenauigkeit und Anleitung sind genial. Der ganze Bau ist ein reiner Vergnügen.Ich würde allen Modellbauer diesen Bausatz empfehlen.lieferung super.
