Love these. For me at least, this pouch fits much better than most other sleeve-shaped pouches due to the upwards direction. Super comfy and fun when things are getting exciting.

I knew these would be a bit odd, but the color was right on. Definitely the weirdest pouch out there. It kind of curves up, and makes you look like you have a little elf wiener. If you're into that, they're perfect I guess. If not, they're not for you.

These are so unique that I just had to try them, if only for a laugh. While innovative, they just don't cut it for me. I certainly wouldn't be caught dead wearing these anywhere but my bedroom.

Best guy thong available on Amazon at this time (Dec 2024). It points you slightly upward at just the right trajectory and has generous sack space in the lower pouch. The material stretches enough to pull the front waistband up off the skin when you're big, an unexpected benefit for the GI tract and the corresponding sense of freedom of motion that such a lightening sensation gives to your mind. A subtle bonus to the whole design is that the pouches are spaced in such a way that you get exceptional temperature control of everything down there. You don't find yourself feeling hot or sweaty or itchy, even when sleeping in them.

Super skimpy, but oh so very comfortable. Fit exactly as advertised in the size chart. the fabric is high quality, thick and soft.
