I saw an article warning that over time, the engine heat can deteriorate the coolant tank pressure cap. When I saw the replacement available, I ordered it as the Amazon page said that it would fit my exact car make and model. Turns out it does not fit although it looks like a quality, solid replacement for the original manufacturer cap. The threading is different and does not tighten. This may be an Amazon issue and not the sellers fault.
