This product is made poorly ripped at the part that keeps it on the bed after 5 months. When contacting the seller they will not refund me. If you are looking for a grounding Mat do notwaste your money on this one!

This grounding mat is magic it literally took away all of my boyfriends back pain which he has daily in the first hour of laying on it

I already own a small grounding mat that I was using every morning during breakfast. This meant I was grounding about 30 minutes each day, which I think is about the absolute minimum amount recommended. I could tell the grounding mat was doing “something” because with my bare feet resting on the mat, I could feel a slight tingling sensation. (I could only feel this if I focused on it. If I was busy talking, I didn’t really notice it.) I decided to order this mat to see what would happen if I actually spent a significant amount of time grounding by sleeping on one. Wow, just wow. I have issues sleeping – both falling asleep and staying asleep. And while all I can think of here is puns to use, it’s true – sleeping before and after this mat was like night and day. The quality of my sleep literally changed overnight. Truly, puns aside, I cannot believe how much more solid and deep my sleep has been by sleeping on this grounding mat, and the difference has repeated night after night. I use a 100% cotton fitted sheet over this mat because natural materials allow the effect of the grounding mat to pass through. (I wouldn’t want to sleep directly on this mat. It has a leather-like feel and would be hot and sticky.) This grounding mat does have straps to help hold it in place under the fitted sheet. I actually already use straps with my fitted sheet because I have an adjustable mattress, so the grounding mat stayed in place pretty well. The mat is super easy to use. Just put it in place leather-like side up, snap on the grounding cord and plug into the grounding port of your electric outlet. I highly recommend this grounding mat!
