I liked the fact that I could get lowercase letters. These are very handy for word building on the white board and being seen from a distance which means I can use them in big or small group settings. They are bright and colorful and durable enough to be moved around by the students. They cling to the board much better than the traditional plastic letter magnets and are much easier to store.

These letters are so great! They are sturdy and colorful. My kindergarteners are going to love them! I will be using these daily on my magnetic whiteboard or cookie sheet and they are the perfect size to use for a visual while distance teaching/learning. They stick very well and font size and type are great for the littles to see! I can't wait to order the uppercase letters so that I can have both sets when teaching! I would definitely recommend these!

These are great for use with little ones or ESL students who are learning English. The cards are sturdy and the magnets are very strong. I like that the magnet covers the entire back of the card. I also like that each letter is *not* centered top to bottom but is placed closer to the bottom so students will know which direction is up. There are no lines drawn under letters like "p" and "d" but rather you know which letter it is because of where it is on the card. I actually really like that because sometimes students get confused about the line, thinking it is part of the letter. I have been a language arts/ESL teacher for ten years, and I really like these for my classroom.

I'm not going to lie these sat on my list for so long because I didn't want to spend almost $20 on flash cards. But they were the only ones I found that were this big, with nice clear font, and were magnetic. So I finally bit the bullet since they are working more on alphabet at his preschool and he loves them. Last night was the first night and he saw me sit down to put them on the fridge and immediately starting helping me while saying the first couple letters. We sat there for 20 mins just playing and practicing. It's nice that the whole back side of the card is magnetic, it makes them feel nice and hefty and won't be torn up easily. So for us this was definitely a worthwhile purchase.

I have the previous set of alphabet letters from Attractivia, and they are still usable. However, the font used on the older version was not as discernible. For example, the letter a on this new set is better for my online ESL learners. It is a more recognizable font because it matches with the way I teach the letter to be written. Yes, when students are older, they should be able to recognize many font styles. However, being very young and learning a new language has many challenges. Font choice is important. I'm so grateful that I reached out and asked a question about these. The customer service I received was outstanding! These are sturdy alphabet letters and the letters are the perfect size for my needs.
