Tuve mis dudas al comprarla, pensé que no duraría, pero todo lo contrario, muy práctica, funciona a la perfección la detección de huellas, le he cambiado baterías 1 vez y tiene mas de un año que la instalé, de buen material, programable con claves de apertura permanentes o temporales, se me hizo muy práctica y funcional, mis vecinos me preguntan mucho donde la compré, se instala muy fácil y su app es fácil de usar a pesar de que viene en ingles.

As part of my plan to make my home more convenient and automated, I changed all my doors to be "smart". I did purchase this to replace another brand that was about 10 bucks cheaper but did not recognize my finger prints at all. Upon unboxing, I noticed that this was almost IDENTICAL to the crappy one I was replacing: the box is exactly the same, the whole installation, the parts, the design, the size, the Tuya app set up and features. This one has a round base while the other one had a square base, the number pad is arranged differently so i had to readjust the way i entered my preferred codes, and I think this one feels slightly heavier. As I completed the set up, I tested out the finger print and was relieved that it worked. You get to set up as many angles of your finger print as you have the patience to, so I ended up setting up both my right thumb and left thumb 3 different times each, hopefully that way, no matter how awkwardly or half lazy way I may grab the door, it will still recognize me. Each set up does allow you to do 5 angles of your finger/thumb. This door handle is actually meant to serve as a little extra security for my interior door from the laundry room that is shared with my tenants. I'm usually lazy and never used to lock the inner door at all unless I was out for the day, but I figured that with the finger print access, it would almost feel like it didn't need to be unlocked at all :)Ooh another bonus is that, although it did not come with its own key card/fob, I was actually able to program the ones that came with my front entrance lock so now my key cards will work with both front doors and this door as well (they're not even the same brand !). The downside is that it's not wifi enabled but for what I needed it for, that is not an issue at all; just needed simple and convenient and, of course, inexpensive! I highly recommend this ! *****

El producto es tal cual la descripción, es sencillo de instalar, la huella funciona muy bien, la gestión de los múltiples usuarios también lo maneja bien, el código etc.Una limitante que yo veo que tal vez no es molesta es que la puerta en todo momento se ajusta para poner seguro (cosa que está bien)La chapa la puse principalmente en mi cuarto, en la cual cuando estoy fuera me gusta que esté totalmente cerrado y que no puedan abrir mi habitación a excepción de mis padres, sin embargo los fines de semana que suelo estar presente en el cuarto me gustaría que tuviera una opción de “no cerrar”Además no puedo cambiar algunos ajustes ya que la chapa se conecta solo por bluetooth y esperaba que mientras estuviera con conexión mediante tuya app aceptara cambiar configuraciones mediante wifiEsto mismo lleva a que si alguien entra a mi habitación no sabré hasta que llegue a mi habitación y se conecte mi dispositivo por Bluetooth es donde me indicará los intentos o quien entró a la habitaciónSin embargo no considero que sea un error, como lo indiqué es una limitanteEl periodo máximo para cierre de tiempo es de 60s y el mínimo 5sEl abrir cerradura desde la aplicación solo es posible mediante conexión bluetoothFuera de eso estoy feliz con mi compra

no tengo problemas, fue muy fácil de instalar y de configurar, sólo no le puse las 5 estrellas porque venía sin las tarjetas para desbloquear la puerta, y porque a veces no reconoce bien mi dedo, hasta el segundo intento

si no se quiere invertir tanto dinero en un costoso dispositivo este es perfecto y seguro, como la publicación lo indica admite varios métodos de apertura y su instalación es muy fácil, el paquete llego en buen estado y rapido.

Just bought and installed this yesterday. I will update my review later after a few months of use.At first, with the adhesive wrapper on strike plate and lock, it looked poorly built but I was wrong after removing it. And handles are sturdy and feel strong. Build quality is good. Everything about this lock is as advertised so far.1. With just one day of use (one night to be specific), my batteries went down from 100% to 97%. (I will update later after a few months of use). I wish they last a bit longer so not have to change them frequently. Edit: Batteries lasting good. They lasted about 9 months which is great with my usage.2. I wish there is an indicator on the interior side lever when it’s in passage mode.

Update to the post below-bought this in June and now in October it doesn’t work at all….we got locked out of our house completely. Luckily we had a front door lock that was not this and were able to get in, but the door would not even open from inside. Would not recommend. The company also has not reached out to address any complaint about the product function. Very poor product.Good idea but when we have guests on our patio no one can ever get in the door because it keeps locking every time someone goes in and out. There’s a button on the back to make it stay unlocked but the intuitive way to open this type of handle rests your thumb on the bio reader and then locks the door again. Very frustrating! Needs a way for the app to know to keep it unlocked when we are home.When there’s any amount of rain or water the reader can’t get the thumbprint and the keypads don’t seem to want to work sometimes. We will likely have to replace these with something else before winter as I don’t see these working in any wet weather. Concept is good—they feel sturdy, but the execution is not great.The seller needs to indicate if they are Only going to work in an indoor or dry area only.Also there have been times that for whatever reason they just don’t work. Yesterday The bio wouldn’t work and the keypad would beep but nothing happens. We were able to override from our phones, and then the code worked again but that’s frustrating.Disappointed to have wasted money on these as they are not reliable.
