Good enough quality, but the rubber material is very soft and there is just too much of it - bike light just bounces all over the place and doesn't allow for a controlled beam. Even on a knurled knob it will eventually bounce out of position entirely.

Built really well attaches to almost anything. Use it on motorcycle handlebars, to a post in the yard. Works perfect for almost any application.

Use it to take videos with insta360 mostly on boat. We hook it up to a railing on the boat and set it for videos or timelapses. Maintains the camera very sturdy! Recommend!

Used this on my dual purpose bike that I ride mostly on paved roads . However some some stretches are in disrepair. Grip and sturdiness is very good . The GoPro is in a protective case and adds a little weight There is so minor adjustments on bumpy pavement that a little nudge fixes it . At 25 to 30 mph on bumpy roads the mount will move to the point that the camera is pointing up or down .
