I used these to rebuild the battery pack for a whipper snipper I own ( the original manufacturer is no longer in business )I was very impressed with how long the charge lasted with these cells. I think it’s runs even longer than it was when brand new.I can’t yet speak to the longevity of these cells, but out of the box they’re great!

i used these to rebuild a Dewalt 18V XRP NiCd battery pack, since you really can't get the entire pack for a decent price anymore. the rebuilt battery works really well, and it holds a charge for a long time. it's been a couple of months on the shelf, and it has barely gone down 1V. it charges to a little over 20V, and it still reads just a little under 20V. definitely worth it if you are going to rebuilt battery packs for power tools.

I bought these 1.2v (quantity 15) to rebuild my older Hilti 15.6 battery packs. I've got 2 battery packs. Each pack takes 13 sub-c cells and since I've never done this before I thought I would attempt to rebuild only one battery pack first, then buy more cells to rebuild the second pack if it goes well on the first one. These 15 cells arrived on time and were well packed. I opened one of my Hilti packs and photographed the sequential disassembly with my cell phone. I left the exposed battery pack intact as a guide to assembling/soldering the new batteries together. I've been soldering for years so that was not a problem and the metal tabs on these cells tin quite easily and nicely. I read other reviews and one suggested using a hot glue gun to hold the batteries together. This turned out to be bad. The batteries became very tightly bound together and I could not get them to fit into the Hilti battery case. Ultimately I had to remove all the hot gun glue. The tolerance for the batteries to fit into the case is extremely tight. The more movement these cells have when connected the better for getting them back into the case. Ultimately it all worked out but there was a learning curve for this project. The 2nd rebuild went 2x faster. So far I'm quite happy. They function very well and are very powerful.

Used to restore power to older Milwaukee drill. Easy to install when you plan where to place the batteries with the tabs before you solder, first lay them out where a tab will go to the corresponding cell either on top or bottom, then remove/cut the tabs top or bottom not needed, I thought having tabs pre attached made it easy. My drill is now powered up like factory new again and very satisfied with the quality of these batteries.

Las baterías resultaron de muy buena calidad, tienen una muy buena respuesta con una aspiradora inalámbrica que reparé.

Funciono muy bien para mi taladro inalambrico las recomiendo al 100% ya las uni con estaño y siguen funcionando bien

Compre las baterías separadas por qué no conseguí el reemplazo original de mi aspiradora portátil, hasta ahora an salido muy buenas

I'm heavily invested in the DeWalt Corps cordless power tool Division! Maybe because I'm familiar with their use or because they usually under cut other brands in pricing. Be that as it may the best price I could find for a pair of 18 volt XRP-type batteries was $99 + tax at the local Hardware store. I've soldered batteries in series from past projects so I got these. The Dewalt XRP 18 volt battery has (12) 1.5 volt cells connected in series. I'm not sure of the milli Amp hour rating, but I believe I read that it is less then the Tenergy's 2200mAh rating. The higher mAh rating allows the cells to hold more power which translates to longer run times between charges. I opened my dead Dewalt battery pack and after unwinding all the cells I noticed a middle cell had fried it's metal strip that connected it to the next one in series. I didn't swap-out the bad cell with the newer ones because there might be a difference with the mAh rating. Anyway after soldering a lot of positives (+) to negatives (-) and wrapping the cells to the cases configuration I put it in the charger. By using my memory I do believe my new Tenergy/DeWalt XRP battery does hold a charge longer.
