This wasn’t necessarily an open-the-box-and-instantly-know-how-to-use-product; however, the instructions were easy to interpret and I was using it within a minute of inserting the batteries. I did used my phone to translate cm to inches for distance to hold the thermometer away (1-2 inches) then took three temperatures in a row. The readings did vary slightly but only about a tenth of a degree in either direction. I really liked the packaging and after the first temp read, I’d say it’s extremely user friendly. Fingers crossed my kids won’t lose if destroy this one.

This is super easy to use and much better than a past one I had (different brand). This one works wonders and is quick to provide an accurate temp. It's so easy to use especially for kids who can't stay still. Especially now with Covid concerns, this product is a must! I check my kids temps regularly to ensure no signs and this thermometer is amazing. I highly recommend it to everyone. Stay healthy!

I got this thermometer because it's so much easier getting a temp reading on my newborn baby. Just point and shoot and you get an instant reading. If the temp is too low or too high, it will say just that on the LCD screen. If it gives you a number temp, you are in the clear. It's very accurate however, "normal" conditions should be met to get a closer temp reading. Meaning, of it's too hot indoors and you take a temp it might be a higher temp. If it's too cold, than the reading my be too low. This thermometer has both a surface temp reading and a body temp reading. Would totally buy again for the sake of easy reading and simple temp taking for my baby.

I work as a CNA and with the current pandemic, we are required to do temperature checks on everyone at least twice a day. Adding this to all the other tasks I need to do during my shift makes it extremely time consuming to check every patient’s temp with an oral thermometer. This forehead thermometer is exactly what I needed to get the job done in a quick and efficient way.After pressing the trigger button, it only takes about 1-2 seconds to display the temperature, which is also adjustable between Fahrenheit and Celsius. The display is very clear and easy to read, and even lights up for better visibility. It also lights up red when it detects a fever, which I thought was pretty cool.The head of the thermometer is shorter than other forehead thermometer guns I’ve used, which makes it great for shoving into my scrub pockets to carry around with me.Overall, it’s perfect as a thermometer, and even better as a contactless way to quickly get temperature readings without having to disturb my patients.
