These pants have held up well. They are not wrinkle resistant. If your child is as rough on clothes as mine you might want to add knee patches.

My grandson likes these pants because they have button to make smaller around waist. He is long and skinny. Fit great.He gets great wear out of these pants, long lasting. Great value for money

I followed another reviewers and sized up. Son outgrew the length of the 8 slim so I bought the 12 slim. They fit in the waist (which is adjustable) and there is extra length for growth.

My grandson is a bit husky. He is 9 years old and I have a hard time finding pants that fit him. These were a perfect fit. He needed a pair of pants for a music recital and these were nice because they looked dressy enough but they can also be worn for casual school wear. I had to return several different brands of pants that were either too small (even though they said husky) or they didn't have enough "give' in the waistband.
