I ordered 2 different brand black pants for my son as I was in a time crunch and had limited options for delivery date. My son is an average size 13 year old and normally will fit into a size 14 with a little bit of room. Because he needed dress pants for a performance I needed a clean fit not loose. These came in first and he could not even put up his thighs. The next day the second pair came, It was a loose fit which I did not want but at least he had something decent to wear. I ended up keeping these pants anyway because my daughter also had a performance and needed black dress pants, she is 10 but as tall as her brother, although much thinner and the pants fit her perfect. The pants are very nice but the size is off.

My toddler is tall and these fit him great. Little loose cause he is lanky but still looked nice for our Christmas photos.

These pants are great except for the size. My son is eight years old and I ordered a 12 which is a size larger than I normally get him. We could not pull the pants up over his bum or button them or zipper them. They were barely long enough. I'm going to re-order them in a larger size because I do like the pants, everything is great about them except for the mis-sizing. Great price too!
