La almohadilla térmica es un material altamente conductor térmico que exhibe baja resistencia térmica y alta deformación bajo baja presión, y tiene buenas propiedades de relleno de huecos.
Mientras llena huecos de diferentes tamaños, genera estrés de rebote muy débil, minimizando el impacto en dispositivos electrónicos de precisión. También tiene propiedades autoadhesivas para un fácil montaje.
Paso 1
Limpia la superficie de la CPU para quitar el óxido y el anochecer y mantener limpia la superficie de contacto con el disipador de calor.
Paso 2
Retira la película en la parte posterior de la almohadilla térmica y colócala en plano en la CPU.
Paso 3
Retira suavemente la película sin tocar la superficie.
Paso 4
Instala el radiador y dale al radiador una cierta cantidad de presión hacia abajo para evitar burbujas de aire que puedan afectar la conductividad térmica del producto.

Bought this to replace the pads on a used graphics card I bought online. This 1mm will replace the heatsink side of the board. The rear metal plate will require 2.5mm. Happy with the 10deg drop in temps together with the new thermal paste on the die.

Facile à placer,j'ai eu un peu de mal avec la protection auto adhésive du pad , mais avec patience on y arrive.Ce pad est conforme à mes attentes , il fait très bien le boulot.En le découpant en deux , l'on peut s'en servir pour deux processeurs.

Super fácil de cortar, e incorporar. Son los thermal pad que utilizan los equipos Gamer. El único detalle es su costo.

I used the 2mm version of this thermal pad to replace the old thermal pads on my RTX 3070 founders edition graphics card. I decided to replace the old thermal pads when I opened the graphics card to replace the thermal paste. After replacing the pads I only noticed a drop of around 2 degrees which is within margin of error. Importantly though when I reopened the card to check the placement I could see all the thermal pads were making contact with all the memory and capacitors (there is a thin long strip of thermal pad, which I ended up squishing either side to make a little bit taller, this was the only way to ensure contact) this was great news, as reviews of other pads appear to be too big or small when the card has been reassembled, great to find something which was a good fit, they are also quite soft so can be squished slightly either side if you need to make them a tiny bit taller. There was enough to replace all the pads with a very small amount left over. A quick suggestion for anyone replacing their thermal pads would be to take a picture before removing the old pads, and use this as reference for the position of the new pads once the heatsink has been cleaned. Final note - the single thermal pad in contact with the backplate on the RTX 3070 founders edition is slightly thicker than the others on the main board, so I left the old existing one on, but if you do decide to replace that pad be aware of the difference in size.

I researched online for a while comparing thermal conductivity and efficiency and this compound works great! I used it to replace the hardened compound on a 2013 MacPro computer in various locations and the system average temperatures dropped around 10deg F.I recently ordered these again and this time I used it on my Amazon Fire Cube 2nd Gen as it was running slow. Once I replaced the original thermal pads with these it has been running without any issues from glitching or hanging up.

Usati questi Pad per una 3060ti sia sulle Vram sia sul posteriore del PCB per trasmettere il calore al Backplate. Scheda più fresca, niente olio di silicone come può accadere con alcuni pad economici, decisamente consigliati.
