I had 2 large bins of camping stuff on my roof rack and didn't want to bother using ratchet straps, so I bought this instead. I was very skeptical at first and wasn't sure that it can hold large items securely on the roof rack. After 120 mile trip (mostly freeway but about 10 miles were off road), everything stayed in place and remained intact. Highly recommended!

Can’t be done alone. Need 2 people. But works great. Suitcases tied down while flying on the highway

This is a great cargo net. I have two of them. One of them is about three or four years old, is used frequently, and has still retained its strength and "stretchiness". I really like the oversized hooks. I have an FJ Cruiser and I can attach them to the thick support (vertical) bars that are on the factory roof rack. There are nets out there that are cheaper and if you only intend to use this occassionaly, those might be options. However, if you want something well-made, functional, and durable, this it the way to go.
