I originally purchased SUNLU Elite PLA, because I ran out of a color and I needed filament that day. The filament needed to print pretty fast (as fast or faster than Bambu Labs PLA), deliver a high print quality, as well as being as strong or stronger than normal PLA.SUNLU Elite PLA delivered on all fronts. I definitely will buy more of this for my printers.Here are my settings for a Bambu Labs X1 and P1S - Use Generic PLA High Speed, K-factor 0.029, I also changed the filament settings to a max volumetric speed of 22. It printed great with these settings!On a Voron run a slow first layer (20-40mm/s) - run a temp tower for your machine- run an extrusion multiplier test - use glue stick if you are having problems with adhesion..

So far this has printed great, not a color I use a lot but I needed a gray at the time and the price was good.

I have printed over 30kg of Sunlu pla+, and I really like it. I snagged 2 of this cardboard spool version because it was cheaper and I was doing some big prints. The cardboard spools have two issues: 1st it is more flexible than the plastic spools and the sides weren’t perpendicular. This would be no issue on a spool holder that holds from the center, but for an AMS, it causes issues. I did print rings for the edges and tried to use electrical tape, but it was not super effective. 2nd the cardboard holds A LOT of moisture. I ended up having to print this from my S2 dryer, which is normally 15% humidity, and it sat at 28% until the spool was almost empty. The filament was also pretty stringy, which I have found to be common when it is wet. It seems like the moisture in the spool kept the filament from drying very quickly.I like the easy recyclability of the cardboard spool, but it is not wort it for me if printing from an AMS. Both spools had both issues.

For basic colors like white, black, and grey I go with this brand. I've never had issues with it and the price is great. I seem to go through a lot of white and black doing multi color prints on my A1 Mini and this stuff works great in it.
