I buy beans in a 1kg bags, and it takes me pretty much a month to use them. Previously I'd been using the container they were supplied in with a combination of folding and kitchen pegs that didn't do a great job at keeping them fresh, and were always awkward to top up my bean to cup machine from.This container has been excellent. It holds my 1kg of beans with ease. The vacuum sealing is surprisingly effective and easy to use. And it's a much easier and neater job to open this and pour into the hopper on my machine.I highly recommend this container which met all my expectations.

It's not something pretty you would put on display, but has a simple and effective mechanism to keep it air-tight. (read the directions before trying though: it might not be intuitive for some people)
